OK – after three attempts to take a decent photo of this billboard – success! As we mentioned previously, Tessera Design created the new highway signage for the “Become a foster parent” campaign for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families and the Foster Care and Adoption Resource Center at Adoption Resources of Wisconsin.
